iPrint Printer support

Billing, cancellations, and refunds

iPrint Printer is sold through the App Store, so Apple handles payment, renewals, and cancellations. We can't see your payment details or issue refunds ourselves.

• Cancel a subscription from Apple: the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
• Request a refund from Apple for a purchase that didn't work out.

Quick answers

What does iPrint Printer cost?

• Free to download
• What's free: The test page and the test photo, for everyone. They check that your printer works with the app before you pay
• Unlimited Printing Monthly: $9.99/month — Print as many of your own documents and photos as you like. Renews every month until you cancel. (3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers)
• Unlimited Printing Weekly: $4.99/week — The same Unlimited Printing, billed every week. Renews until you cancel. (3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers)
• Unlimited Printing Yearly: $49.99/year — The same Unlimited Printing, billed once a year. Renews until you cancel. (3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers)

Prices are in US dollars; the App Store shows the price for your country.

Which devices does it run on?

• iPhone (iOS 26.0 or later)
• iPad (iPadOS 26.0 or later)

Also good to know:

• A printer that supports AirPrint (Apple's way of printing from iPhone and iPad), on the same Wi-Fi as your iPhone or iPad, not a guest network. A new printer must first be set up on your Wi-Fi with its maker's instructions; this app can't do that part.
• Not sure your printer works? Print the free test page first: if a page comes out, you're ready. When you tap Print, the app first checks that it can reach your printer, and only then shows the plans and their prices.

Where is the app's privacy policy?

iPrint Printer has its own privacy policy, also linked from its App Store listing. How this website handles visits is described in the privacy notice.

Is this the official iPrint Printer website?

Yes. www.iprintprinter.app is run by FuturaApp, Inc., the developer of iPrint Printer. See About.
